1. Scope These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on hoopofmetis.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & prices All prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of applicable VAT. hoop of Metis reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Orders An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. hoop of Metis reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods available at checkout (credit/debit card, etc.).

5. Delivery Orders are shipped worldwide. Delivery times are 3–10 business days depending on destination and shipping method. Free shipping on orders over €100.

6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without reason. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Warranties Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (EU Directive 1999/44/EC) and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.
