RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at contact@hoopofmetis.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the standard withdrawal form below or send a clear written statement.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: personalised/custom-made items, perishable goods, digital content that has been accessed, or hygiene products that have been opened.
