Worldwide Shipping

hoop of Metis ships worldwide. Delivery times and carriers vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: 3–10 business days depending on destination and shipping method.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions outside our control.

Shipping carriers We work with multiple carriers to ensure the best delivery option for your location. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €100.
  • For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Customs & import duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
