Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original condition
Non-returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return
Email contact@hoopofmetis.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 48h with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
